Success for Olofsfors at the International Winter Road Congress!

Olofsfors, the developer and producer of the sharp and quick mounted cutting edge system that is standard allover Scandinavia today, had one of the most visited stands at the International Winter Road Congress in Quebec, Canada Feb 8-11, 2010.
In total there were more than 1 000 participants from all over the winter road world visiting the congress that take place every 4th year. Most participants were decision makers at infrastructure ministries, mostly interested in studying ways of doing the winter road maintenance more productive, ECO-friendly, cost -effective and their roads safer in their respective countries.
The sharp and quick mounted edge system from Olofsfors for motor graders and snow plows met a very strong interest from the participants at the show, not at least from ministry representatives and local Canadian road maintenance companies. Many delegates were mostly interested in the Olofsfors systems ability to increase productivity and road safety and decrease cost and CO2 pollution.
“The stand has been crowded with delegates all three exhibition days, all the crew has been very busy with presentations at the stand. This show has exceeded my most positive expectations!” says Henrik Häggmark, Olofsfors, Wear Steel Sales Manager North America, Norway and Turkey.
“It has been a great show. Not at least because of that most of the visitors at the stand are very interested in the advantages of the Olofsfors edge system.” says Christine Cabrer, Olofsfors, Export Customer Service.
Olofsfors had a sales staff of five persons at the congress plus two Olofsfors certified sales representatives from the local eastern-Canada dealer Creighton Rock at the exhibition. In addition to the stand in the exhibition, Olofsfors, with Wear Steel Business Manager Göran Sjöström, also presented its edge system at the Swedish Solutions Seminar during the congress.
